Bio
Jon’s practice centers on the complex legal issues that arise when workplace injuries intersect with third-party liability. A cum laude graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Jon gained a wide variety of experience post graduation. He practiced criminal defense, personal injury, family law, and other civil litigation. He brings with him a strong background of courtroom experience, trying cases in front of juries, judges, and commissioners throughout Richmond and the surrounding areas.
From 2018 through 2022, Jon practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law on the defense side. This experience gave him insider knowledge on how insurance companies operate in and out of the courtroom to protect their bottom line. Ultimately, Jon missed the satisfaction of protecting injured people against insurance conglomerates and questionable employers. Now he is with Reinhardt | Harper | Davis, successfully representing plaintiffs, injured workers, and their families.
Before law school, Jon graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in political science and spent a year working in Washington, DC. In his spare time he enjoys watching sports, spending time with family, and sneaking away to the Outer Banks as often as possible.
