The claimant, who worked as an executive chef, slipped off a stepstool in the walk-in freezer and fell. She struck her head on the freezer door and stuck out her left wrist to break her fall. She was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and a TFCC tear in her left wrist. Following wrist surgery, she developed severe Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) in her left arm.
