We both went down a ditch. I hit a sign. I had a concussion and cervical and lumbar damage to my spine. The insurance company didn’t want to cover me. They were blaming my pain on pre-existing conditions, though I had healed quite well. This accident exacerbated everything, so Jon fought hard for me. He straightened them out.

You know, dealing with lawyers and cops – it can be intimidating. But Jon and Tori were not at all like that. They were like friends. And they were good at communication. If I asked Tori a question, she would get back to me in minutes. Even if she didn’t yet have the answer, she would still confirm that she got my message and would get back to me. They were so awesome.
