I’m a truck driver, and I was driving on the highway in Virginia when a tire blew off a car on the opposite side of the road. It jumped the 5-foot barrier and went under my truck, breaking the engine and cutting the break lines.

Luckily, tractor-trailers go full stop when the brake lines are hit. But ten minutes after I was stalled in the middle lane, a car crashes into the back of my truck. Which is unbelievable, considering I was fully stopped in the middle lane, and even with traffic flowing around me on both sides, everyone was slowed down. It jerked my body, and I had a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. It got worse over time.

I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, but the most effective thing was the epidural. My employer, based out of Pennsylvania, was being very difficult. Not only with my wages, but covering the medical expenses of my work injury. I called a lawyer in Pennsylvania, and they referred me to Reinhardt | Harper | Davis. They told me it was the best firm in Virginia, and it’s where I should take the case since that’s where the accident happened.

I’m very happy with Kimberly and Mr. Harper. Whenever I needed them, they were always there to answer my questions. I was really worried about the financial aspects of this case, which was just as stressful as the physical pain. They took care of everything. I would tell anybody that gets hurt the same thing: Don’t blink. Call them.
