Attorney and partner Craig Davis has been named Lawyer of the Year in Richmond for workers’ compensation – claimants. He received the same honor in 2022 from Best Lawyers in America. In 2026, he was named to the Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Craig was added to the list of “Legal Elite” by Virginia Business Magazine. He also makes the annual list for Virginia Super Lawyers, with recognition in the Top 100 and even Top 50 list for his body of work within personal injury and workers’ compensation. In 2018, he was honored as a “Leader in the Law” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly.
Attorney and partner Stephen Harper was named Lawyer of the Year for workers’ compensation – claimants in 2026. Because of his tireless advocacy for his clients, Stephen has been recognized by Virginia Lawyers Weekly as a 2021 Leader in The Law. Stephen has also been selected as a Virginia Super Lawyer, and a Best Lawyer in America since 2016. An AV Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, he lobbies on behalf of injured workers at the Virginia General Assembly. The Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group named him one of the Nation’s Top 100 Injured Workers’ Attorneys in 2021.
Attorney Andy Reinhardt also secured the title of Lawyer of the Year in both 2019 and 2024, in the area of workers’ compensation – claimants. AV-Preeminent-rated since 1986, he also received the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award in Workers’ Compensation by Virginia Lawyers Weekly in 2024. In fact, this recognition has been named the Andy Reinhardt Award to honor his body of work, and will be named thus for all future recipients. He was inducted into the Virginia Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame in 2021, and has regularly been named to both Best Lawyers and Virginia Super Lawyers since 2016.

Attorney Brooke Taylor practices both personal injury and workers’ compensation law, and has received much recognition early on in her career.
